Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of confirming the order. If there is a problem we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order. We have a number of shipping options to ensure that you have the option of faster, secure delivery. These include:

UK Addresses

  • Mainland UK Standard Delivery

 To ensure adequate insurance on your items, our standard delivery cost varies according to the cost of your order.

  • Orders up to £20 - Royal Mail 1st Class- £3.00

  • Orders up to £35 - Royal Mail 24 (Small Parcel) - £4.75

  • Orders from £40-£85 - Royal Mail 24 Signed (Small Parcel - requires signature) - £6.50

  • Orders £90 and over - Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (requires signature) -  £9.75

Outside Mainland UK

Unfortunately due to changes in legislation requiring additional paperwork, reporting and the application of taxes and duties, we can no longer accept orders from outside of Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland.

  •  You will always receive an email confirmation of dispatch.

  • We are able to dispatch to an address different from the billing address.

*Please note the insurance cover for 1st Class and Royal Mail 24 is limited to £50. If you wish a fast and fully insured service please choose Special Delivery shipping at checkout.

 

Returns

We aim to make sure that all our jewellery is of the highest standards, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  simply return the item to us within 7 days of receipt. 

Returned items should be UNUSED and UNWORN and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
